User Controlled Defense: If a pass is thrown and the user clicks to take control of the nearest player to the pass the player is unable to jump for an interception or pass deflection. User controlled player cannot make a defensive play to stop the receiver from catching with ease.
QB backfield forcefield: if you blitz through the O-line while playing defense on a clear path to sack the QB your user controlled player hits an invisible wall where you can't touch the QB.
QB sack roughing the passer called: Same scenario as above play however the user controlled player drove tackled the QB. Sack was given as well as a Roughing the passer while the QB has the ball in hand.
Game Freezes: Experienced 3 times while calling a no huddle play where the game freezes. Play continues with no controller capability. Able to pause game into the main menu but the game will lock there. PS4 menu control still capable but a complete PS4 restart is needed.
Endzone pylon glitch: Ran into the endzone knocking the pylon while being tackled. Play called as no touchdown, challenge will fail. Game continues on next down but counts the stats as a touchdown. Score TD with same player on next play (1st and goal) 0-6 game but player stats show 2 touchdowns. Commentary comments on more than 1 TD as well.
just played a game where my player is there for the INT and triangle button does nothing. Also the update that we had last started the QB force field, players will stand in front of the QB not being blocked and do nothing. Madden online is worst than last year, there is more glitch plays. Players just chucking the ball up to highly rated WRs and you cant play the ball. The last game I played Madden online this dude threw the ball up to Julio Jones hail mary throw., triple covered. The only receiver on that side of the field. All 3 of my players attempted a catch, no catch. Im cool with that. The problem is a random Falcon player jump out of the screen and caught it. The dude came out of nowhere from the bottom of the screen while my players have the ball hit their hands. Madden online is the reason why I wont play an online league. The glitches that take place is a if they have keeps games close turned on. No penalties because they cant have sliders that work or they afraid penalties will hurt the game. That Is a response I got from an EA rep. that is a key part of the game penalties, they can make or break a game. 3 years in a row no penalties in online play. Oh yea except when you try and draw someone offsides on 4th and short. False start every time. SMH. One patch away from trading Madden 17 in too. 16 got traded by November, now I see 17 trending. Skyrim October 24th I think Madden will be gone by then. Then I can get rid of my EA sports login because I dont play any of the other sports games. Live 17 is not even certain to release. Madden 17 out of the box was wayyyyyyyyy better before they started patching it. It now plays just like past iterations, the next gen feeling is gone. I might delete the updates and play a season offline til Skyrim remastered dropped. Only because I love My Chicago Bears do I even play Madden.
